PURPOSE: A charge billing method is provided to prevent a battery robbery accident by billing a charging fare via certification of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A server(30) registers a battery unique number and a battery certification number built in an electric car and battery authentication number are registered. An IC card in which the registered battery unique number is provided to a user of the electric car. A battery charging apparatus(10) recognizes whether the battery is charged via a charging consent for a home or a charging station. The battery requiring charging via the battery unique number or the battery certification number is certified. Charge specification information in accordance with charging the battery is provided to a power service provider(4). |
