CONTROL SYSTEMS INTERCONNECTION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A communication device between control systems is provided to share data by using an OPC(OLE for Process Control) protocol. CONSTITUTION: A field control system(10) supports an OPC protocol. An SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system(20) collects data from the field control system. An OPC server(30) receives data from the SCADA system according to the OPC protocol. An OPC supporting module(40) is installed in the SCADA system. The OPC Supporting module is connected through the OPC protocol to the field control system. The OPC supporting module offers data to the OPC server. The OPC supporting module is constructed in a CP scan DB(50) of the SCADA system.
