PURPOSE: A thiol-sensitive type drug delivery system is provided to effectively discharge a large amount of drug at a nitrate region while being easily released to a high thiol concentration region. CONSTITUTION: An amphiphilic polymer has a structure of chemical formula (I). In chemical formula (I), Q is a material with molecular weight of 500-20,000 dalton selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and poly(N-2-(hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide); X is O, NH or S as an linker; Y is hydrogen atom or C10-24 alkyl; and Z is C10-24 acyl group.
