PURPOSE: A mixer structure of magnetic agitator is provided to accomplish light load and high efficiency of the driving part using magnet and to increase convenience of the washing in water since the structure can be taken out to outside after dividing impeller and driving part orderly. CONSTITUTION: The mixer structure of magnetic agitator includes: a inserting hole which is formed in the lower part of an agitating container; and a housing(40) in which installation space is formed inside. The housing includes a outer housing and a supporting frame. The outer housing is located inside of the agitated vessel with boundary to the inserting hole and seals the installation space. The supporting frame is located outside of the agitated vessel and opens the installation space and is fixed to the outer circumference of the agitated vessel. Impeller(20) and driving part is installed leaving interval in the state of being separated to the outer circumference of the outer frame as boundary. Subsidize shaft is projected as outer housing.
