PURPOSE: A data output circuit is provided to perform a pre-emphasis and de-emphasis operation without adding a driver for them. CONSTITUTION: In a data output circuit, a pull up driver(311) uses a plurality of pull-up resistors. The pull up driver pulls-up an output node. A pull-down driving unit(312) uses a plurality of pull-down resistors. The pull-down driving unit pulls down and drives the output node. A pull-up controller(321) turns on/off the pull up resistors when outputting high data. The pull-up controller turns on all of pull-up resistors or a part of them in a pre-amp section. A pull-down controller(322) turns on/off a plurality of pull-down resistors when outputting low data. The pull-down controller on all of pull-down resistors or a part of them in a pre-amp section. |
