PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus and an optical plate are provided to form the pleasant light by using an optical plate to provide the uniformity of the light to be radiated. CONSTITUTION: A light-transmissive substrate(103c) has first and second surfaces which face each other. Concavo-convex structures(103a) are partially exposed and are arranged apart from each other on the first surface of the light-transmissive substrate. A micro pattern(103b) is formed on an exposed area between the concavo-convex structures. The micro pattern has a size smaller than the size of the concavo-convex structure. An optical plate(103) is arranged on a path of the light emitted from a light source. The optical plate includes the concavo-convex structure and the micro pattern. |
