PURPOSE: An automatic producing apparatus of a fermented soybean block is provided to uniformly maintain the taste and the quality of the massively produced fermented soybean block. CONSTITUTION: An automatic producing apparatus of a fermented soybean block comprises the following: a main body(11) including an upper space and a lower space(16); a transparent door installed on the main body; perforated shelves(27) installed in the inside of the upper space; an air conditioner(20) installed on the upper space; an exhaust pipe(22) including exhaust ports(23), connected to the air conditioner for maintaining the temperature inside the main body into 15~17deg C; and an inhale pipe(25) including plural inhaling ports(26), connected to the air conditioner and the lower space using a connection pipe(24). |
