PURPOSE: A polarized panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress the generation of curl in the polarized panel occurrence by balancing the speed of bonding processes between protecting films and the polarized panel. CONSTITUTION: One protecting film is arranged. The moisture permeability of one protecting film is equal to or less than 300g/m^2·day at 40 degrees Celsius and 90%RH. A water-based adhesive layer including a low molecular-based cross linking agent is arranged. A polarizer is arranged. A water-based adhesive layer including a high molecular-based cross linking agent is arranged. Another protecting film is arranged. The moisture permeability of another protecting film is more than 300g/m^2·day at 40 degrees Celsius and 90%RH.
