PURPOSE: A semiconductor circuit is provided to minimize the loss of transmitting and receiving data by minimizing the impedance between the impedance of a pad and target impedance. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor circuit, the output terminal of a pad driver(150) is connected to a pad. The pad driver responds to a code signal. The pad driver adjusts the voltage of the pad. A comparison unit(160) compares the voltage of the pad with a reference voltage. The comparison unit generates a comparison signal. The code generator(170) adjusts the value of the code signal.
