<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake control device which reduces the power consumption when a W/C (wheel cylinder) is pressurized, based on a capacitor during failure of the power supply system compared with during regular braking operation with an power supply system not in failure. <P>SOLUTION: A motor is driven only for one piping system during the failure of a power supply system. Since the braking force is generated by applying the W/C pressure using the motor even during the failure of the power supply system, the braking force as large as possible is generated while reducing the power system compared with during the regular braking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
