PURPOSE: A blower for a heating and cooling ventilation system performing the air supply and ventilation by a motor is provided to reduce size and weight of a heat exchanger by installing a blower in the outside of a heat-exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A blower for a heating and cooling ventilation system(30) comprises a supporting plate, a drive motor, a centrifugal fan, a duct(20), a main body(10), an upper housing, and a lower housing. The supporting plate comprises an installation hole and air supply/ventilation discharge units. The air supply/ventilation discharge units are symmetrically formed on both side of the installation hole. The drive motor is installed and fixed inside the installation hole of the supporting plate. The driving shaft is installed on up and down both sides of the drive motor. The centrifugal fan is jointed and fixed in the driving shaft. The upper housing and lower housing have inlet and outlet units and is combined in the top and bottom of the supporting plate.
