A tube comprises a cylindrical body with a hemispheric end cap with an in-built gapped cylinder bushing with the hemispheric end cap accommodating a mounted a spring element contacting with the bushing. Jointly, the body and bushing form a capsule. The body and bushing have flanges to avoid fluid return from the tube and a complete output of the bushing from the body. On its side surface, the bushing has at least one through aperture connected to the gap and at least one groove provided on the flange of the body.
