FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery of recurrent multichamber ventral hernias. Without dissection of scar tissues of aponeurosis, successive sewing of aponeurosis defects with uninterrupted blanket tightening suture by means of lavsan thread is carried out. By means of the second row of buried blanket suture approximation of tissues of anterior wall of aponeurosis of abdominal rectus muscles with formation of dublication, submergence of the first row of sutures are carried out, which makes it possible to additionally reduce initial defect of abdominal wall. ^ EFFECT: method eliminates longitudinal and transversal stretching of aponeurosis, which prevents hernia recurrence. ^ 2 dwg |
