Between the sections of the operating organ for vertical milling of the soil the rotary cutter 10 is mounted for subsurface tillage of the soil having the form of the crankshaft. The machine is in addition supplied by lever-screw mechanism 12 and 13 for regulating depth of soil procession for vertical milling of the soil, and the device for introducing mulch into the soil. The device for introducing the mulch into the soil is executed in the form of the hopper 17 having the batcher 15 and the slide gate 16 and mounted in its basis with an opportunity of counterrotation of shafts 18 with knifes which rotate from the drive of the operating organ for vertical milling.
