FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology, namely to physiotherapy within a rehabilitation system of andrological patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. A rectal suppository of the preparation VITA-PROST FORTE 100 mg is introduced in rectum. Thereafter, a cylinder inductor 12 cm in diametre of the AVIMP apparatus is applied to a perineum region, above the underclothes in a prone patient with his knees bent and feet rested on a couch. The inductor is rigidly fixed to perform a magnetic therapy procedure characterized by the following parameters: 1st to 5th procedure - magnetic field impulse 45 seconds, frequency 80 Hz; 6th to 10th procedure - magnetic field impulse 45 seconds, frequency 100 Hz, magnetic induction for all procedures 50 mT, procedure duration 10 minutes daily, therapeutic course - 10 procedures. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to eliminate congestions, to normalise prostate and ejaculate characteristics, to relief pain and discomfort, to avoid dysuric effects, to improve copulative function. ^ 5 tbl, 2 ex |
