PURPOSE: A command control circuit is provided to implement a desired clock delay signal by controlling a plurality of latch inputs. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of latches(30) inputs a command signal and are sequentially connected to each other. A plurality of input selection switches supply and disconnect a command signal which is inputted to the plurality of latches. A plurality of output selection switches secludes supply and disconnect the plurality of latch output signals. The plurality of latches inputs the command signal as a first input signal. The plurality of latches inputs an output signal(Q) in a front end latch as a second input signal.
