PURPOSE: A grinding machine for wasted fruits and vegetables is provided to eliminate moisture from the wasted fruits and vegetables by installing a plurality of moisture discharging holes. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(5), a drum, a grinding rotary rod(20), a transferring screw housing(30), a bucket conveyer(50), and a driving motor(60) are prepared. Wasted fruits and vegetables are introduced into the inlet. The wasted fruits and vegetables are loaded in a drum. The grinding rotary rod passed through the drum, and a plurality of knives and a scraper are arranged to the grinding rotary rod. The transferring screw housing is in connection with the drum, and a transferring screw is arranged in the transferring screw housing. The bucket conveyer discharges the wasted fruits and vegetables through a grinding operation. The driving motor applies driving force to the grinding rotary rod, the transferring screw, and the bucket conveyer.
