METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING FORMATION OF SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION OF MYOCARDIUM IN ADOLESCENTS WITH VARIOUS VARIANTS OF ARRHYTHMIA

A method for diagnosing the formation of the systolic dysfunction of myocardium in the adolescents with various variants of arrhythmia provides for assessing the state of sympathoadrenal system and rennin-angiotensin-aldosteron system. Assessing the ejection fraction in the setting of the increased excretion of noradrenalin and concentration of angiotensin-II, the subclinical stage of the systolic dysfunction, namely arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy is diagnosed.
