FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of casing string lowered into directional borehole and cemented to inclined section; also, casing string is equipped with two groups of perforation holes. The first group of perforation holes is made directly behind the cemented section of the casing string. The second group of perforation holes is made in the end section of the string. The inclined section of the well is made rising within the boundaries of the reservoir. The casing string is equipped outside with additional packers after the first and the second group of perforation holes. A flow string (FS) plugged at the end is lowered into the casing column. A self-packing collar transmitting from the reservoir to a well head through annular space is installed outside on the FS before the first group of perforation holes from the side of the well head. The packer centres and isolates annular space of the FS in a horizontal section. The first group of radial holes is made in the FS above the self-packing collar. Also an immersed pump is installed in the FS above the radial channels. The second group of radial holes is made nearer to the end part of the FS behind the packer. A back valve is installed in the FS between two groups of radial holes. ^ EFFECT: raised efficiency of reservoir heating and increased area of heating. ^ 1 dwg
