A seed dressing machine includes a seed tank with a outlet opening, a seed doser with a conical distributor, a cup mixer with an additional mixer, arranged under the seed doser, which are made as a truncated hollow cones and fixed, by lesser bases thereof, at the same joint hub with an air-forcing propeller, fixed thereon, a doser of liquid preparations, a mechanism of driving the cup mixer and a torus-like dressing chamber, a lid of the dressing chamber with additional transitional surface. The torus-like chamber adjoins to the upper edge of the cup mixer by the lower edge of an open upper internal quarter thereof and is equipped with a downloading neck mounted by a tangent to the outer surface of the torus-like dressing chamber, which together with the outer surface of the cup mixer, arranged in a tray under the seed doser, form an enclosed space as a tray. Said tray is connected to the internal space of the torus-like dressing chamber by a circular slot between the cup mixer and the outer surface of the lower internal quarter of the torus-like chamber, and, in addition, is connected with the unloading neck of the dressing chamber by an air duct. Between the upper edges of the main mixer and the additional one and the additional transitional surface of the lid of the dressing chamber and the lower edge of the open upper internal quarter of the torus-like chamber axially symmetric surfaces are correspondingly mounted in such a manner as to allow moving thereof in the vertical plane. In upper parts thereof they smoothly transit into the torus-like surfaces opened inside correspondingly the main and additional cup mixers. |
