FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation consists of loading device, of pyrolysis reactor with vertical case and loading, reaction and ash chambers inside this case. Also, the reactor is equipped with a steam-gas outlet located in an upper part of the case and with sluice metering devices for raw material loading with a receiving hopper and sluice metering devices for solid residue unloading. The installation has a circular furnace chamber communicating with the reaction chamber of the reactor by means of radial outlets. The furnace chamber is equipped with a tangential supply of return gas and air through a burner and with a device for ionisation and arc ignition of introduced fuel components. Further, the installation is equipped with a system of steam and air mixture separation. A skip hoist with self-dumping bucket is used as a loading device for supply of raw material into the receiving hopper. The reactor is furnished with a mechanism of a furnace bar positioned in a lower part of the case between the circular furnace and ash chambers and containing rotary drives. The system of steam gas mixture separation consists of two successively arranged injector scrubbers with two interchangeable filters of liquid fraction, of two condensers, of an entrainment trap and of a system of recirculation of cooling water with a mechanism of air cooling, a liquid fraction collector and a pump. The sluice metering devices of raw material loading and solid residue unloading have upper and lower movable sealed driven gates with fixed sluice reservoirs between them. The sluice reservoir of the metering device for solid residue unloading is equipped with two circular collectors with channels for supply of water into this reservoir. ^ EFFECT: raised efficiency of installation and raised degree of purification of produced liquid and gaseous fuel components. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
