PURPOSE: A stretching exercise device is provided, which enables a user to do stretching more conveniently and easily and do muscle exercise at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A stretching exercise device comprises: a handle(200) installed at the front of a body frame(100); a saddle(300) installed at the rear of the body frame; a pillion(400) installed in both lower sides of the saddle; a strap(500) which is combined with the handle and is formed into a ring shape in order to hang the hand or foot; a support bar(700) which is installed in the front both sides of the body frame and is formed in order to suspend the foot; a latch which is formed in order to suspend a weight plumb; and a secondary latch which is installed in order to suspend the weight plumb which is not used.
