PURPOSE: A seasoning sauce composition for spicy cold buckwheat noodles is provided to enable a user to easily cook the spicy cold buckwheat noodles using beef bone stock and red pepper powder. CONSTITUTION: A seasoning sauce composition for spicy cold buckwheat noodles contains 1kg of thick red pepper powder, 600g of fine red pepper powder, 10 pears, 6 apples, 10 onions, 1.2kg of minced beef, 1.5kg of minced garlic, 3kg of soy sauce, 8L of beef bone stock, 1.5L of coke, 200g of seasoning, 1.8kg of white sugar, 300g of sesame, and 50g of black pepper. |
