FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machined designed to impregnate fabric fillers with polymer binders and can be used for production of general-purpose prepregs and plastics on their basis. Proposed machine comprises bed supporting impregnated roll with braking mechanism (not shown in drawing), guide rolls, impregnation bath, impregnating rolls provided with support ribs. Ultrasound machines to generate elastic oscillations in impregnation compositions are arranged between impregnating rolls. There is the device to transfer impregnated fabric attached to process fabric into drying chamber. Machine bed has supports whereon attached are plates to fasten and drive the fabric by drive device provided with hook through impregnation bath, cutting tool to cut required sections of fabric assembly to transfer impregnated fabric. There is also limit switch to cut out machine and drive device reduction gear. ^ EFFECT: impregnation of whatever-width-fabric fillers, higher stability and quality. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
