The invention relates to chemical technology, namely to a technology for the preparation of magnetite, which can be used as a filler, catalyst, base for the preparation of magnetically operated carriers of drugs. The process for the preparation of magnetite comprises thermal treatment of organo-containing compounds of iron in two stages: on the first – at temperature of 250 °C without access of oxygen, on the second – at the temperature of 375-525 °C at ageing for 2 hours with the further cooling at room temperature, and as organo-containing compounds of iron salts of carboxylic acids are used, for example, ferrous oxalate or ferrous acetate. The technical result is the improved purity of the end product and its quality at permanent magnetic characteristics. |
