A method for diagnosing the functional state of the ovaries after the surgery comprises the histological study and the assay for prolactin, folliculostimulating hormone, estradiol, progesterone, and luteinizing hormone in blood serum. The tissue if the ovary is examined immunohistochemically calculating the index of hormone expression. The index less than 10 % suggests of the lack of susceptibility to hormones. The index within the range of 10-45 % suggests of the weak receptor susceptibility, 46-75 % – moderate, and 76-100 % – high susceptibility. |
