METHOD FOR PRODUCING AGED BLACK GARLIC IN THE LOESS POTTERY AND BLACK GARLIC AGED THEREOF

PURPOSE: A producing method of aged black garlic using a yellow soil pottery, and the aged black garlic are provided to secure the aging efficiency of the garlic using far infrared rays radiated from the yellow soil pottery. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of aged black garlic comprises a step of filling a yellow soil pottery(2) with garlic(1) and bamboo sap(3), and fermenting after putting a cap. The garlic fills the 70~90% of the yellow soil pottery. The bamboo sap fills 25~35% of yellow soil pottery. The fermentation is performed in 60~85deg C, for 15~35days.
