CONSTITUTION: A construction method using a floor construction material using natural stone with water permeability is as follows. A floor construction material is produced. A mixture is produced by mixing a fixed quantity of water, which is proportional to the quantity of the floor construction material, with aluminum sulfate, fluidized agent, and cellulose. The floor construction material is mixed with the mixture and is molded in a form for 5 to 60 minutes.
