<p>PURPOSE: A system and a method for inputting a Korean letter using a phone element are provided to form the trace on a touch pad by a finger, thereby inputting a letter simply. CONSTITUTION: A touch input unit(100) comprises a touch input surface. The touch input surface received input of a coordinate value for generating the letter. A database unit(210) stores defined phoneme according to the phoneme configuration element or combination of the phoneme configuration elements corresponding to the individual coordinate value. A phoneme forming unit(300) forms one phoneme by combing the phoneme configuration element corresponding to the inputted coordinate value.</p> |
