PURPOSE: A roaster is provided to help the rotating member compatibility with easing the attachment of the rotating member by projecting a knob of the rotating member toward outside through the cut-out formed vertically. CONSTITUTION: A roaster includes a body which pluralities of the heating portions are formed inside and the rotating member combined to be rotated at the body. The body(10) has the cut-out(11) for the handle(31) of the rotating member(30) to be projected to outside. As the handle is settled at the cut-out, a pair of the blocking plate(20) blocking the cut-out rotated is formed symmetrically. The blocking plate has a protrusion(23) and the protrusion rotates along a guide portion(17) formed inside of the body. A fryer(30a) which a receiving portion(33a) is formed capable of storing the gasoline is inserted inside of the body.
