FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed pump comprises housing 1 with cover 3 and impeller 4 fitted on shaft 9 of motor rotor 10, and bearings 18. Plain bearings 18 are fitted in the motor inner and outer covers 13 and 16. Housing 1 and pump cover 3 have circular chambers 5 and 6 and throttling orifices 7 and 8. Diaphragm 14 and face seal 15 are arranged between cover 3 and cover 13. Faces of bearings 18 and rotor 10 are arranged with a gap there between equal to 1.5-2.5 mm, while mating surfaces of impeller 4, housing 1 and cover 3 are arranged with end clearance of 0.2-0.3 mm. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
