FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Surgical processing of osteomyelitis nidus is carried out. Formed bone defect is filled with muscular flap, which is formed from musculus pronator quadratus. Flap is separated in place of its fixation to radial bone, mobilised and fixed with transosseous sutures through defect bottom. ^ EFFECT: method provides possibility to perform plasty of bone defect in case of skin deficiency and considerable inflammation of surrounding soft tissues, constant blood supply to muscular flap, which replaces bone defect, preservation of anatomical integrity and function of mobilised muscle, reduction of recurrence risk, reduction of operation time and treatment terms, reduction of trauma. ^ 3 ex |
