A device for producing hardened screw profiles consists of a bed, on which an expandable feeder with a movable wall and a measuring device is located, a longitudinal conveying device with a hydraulic cylinder, and heating elements. On the side of bed a mount is located, which includes a mandrel with an annular protrusion, on greater step of which an axial slot with an installed sleeve is made, and at the end of the mandrel a helical coil is made, from above of the mandrel in the bracket which is located on the bed a disc is installed which is made with conical forming elements in a circle, perpendicularly to the mandrel in the bracket a forming roll is installed with possibility of reciprocating movement along the axis of rotation of the mandrel. |
