PURPOSE: A cellular phone holder for emitting light to both sides of a holding part is provided to grip both sides and corner parts of a cellular phone and to be simply connected to the terminal of the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone holder for emitting light to both sides of a holding part comprises a case and a connection holder. The case is composed of a front case(11) and a cover(16). The front case is composed of a holding part and a receiving part. The receiving part is formed in the rear of the front case for accepting a printed circuit board(31). The cover covers the rear of the front case with the receiving part. The connection holder connects the terminal of a cellular phone and the printed circuit board.
