PURPOSE: A multi-function digital recorder for recording and playing telephone call, capable of the simple installation without the connection of a computer, is provided to record and playing the contents of phone call by connecting with a telephone and a cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function digital recorder for recording and playing telephone call comprises a connector(100), a terminal(400), a memory, a speaker(200), an operation button(500) and a holder. The connector is connected to a wire telephone. The terminal is connected to a cellular phone and an external device. The audio signal inputted in the connector and a terminal is stored in the memory. The speaker reproduces an audio signal.
