A nozzle diaphragm of turbine has nozzle boxes with groups of nozzles. The groups of nozzles that are connected to one control valve are placed symmetrically with respect to the rotor axis. The nozzle boxes are arranged as circular and are placed concentrically one to another, and nozzles placed in different nozzle boxes are arranged with different angles of rotation.
