PURPOSE: A vehicle-wheel aligning device of a 3D measuring type with a tire and a suspension measuring/diagnosing unit is provided to more precisely perform a vehicle-wheel aligning operation. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle-wheel aligning device of a 3D measuring type comprises a light emitter(1), a clamp(3), a camera(4), a first processor(5) and a main computer(6). The light emitter emits the light to a mirror(2). The clamp installs the mirror on the wheel. The camera takes the image of the mirror, to which the light is emitted. The first processor determines the 3D position of the wheel from the mirror image, which is transferred from the camera. The main computer comprises a first processing unit.
