PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable sterilizing gear for simply disinfecting/sterilizing a closet seat or the like that many and unspecified persons use. SOLUTION: A water-soluble tissue 3 impregnated with a solution essentially consisting of ethanol is introduced in a fused seal bag that aluminum foil is vapor-deposited on a plastic, and is formed into split packs 2. One case includes an operational quantity for a plurality of times. The pack 2 is put on the tissue 3 of a pocket tissue case 1 and sealed. A small portable mist spray can, consisting of a portable and disposable pocket lighter-like shape capable of being used in a plurality of times, is filled with a mixture of the components and an aerosol propellant.
