PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cap which credibly prevents dislocation and is produced easily, and also to provide an endoscope or the same having a simplified structure and used with the endoscope cap. SOLUTION: The endoscope cap 30 is moved and installed on the insertion tube 14 of the endoscope. During the installation operation, an engagement projection 36 deforms elastically while moving over a projection. The engagement projection 36 engages with an engagement groove 14G after moving over the projection. The endoscope cap 30 is credibly prevented from being dislocated through the engagement between the engagement projection 36 and the engagement groove 14G. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
