PURPOSE: A power control device and a controlling method thereof are provided to block power supplied to a power supply block by an organic operation between a controller and a switch. CONSTITUTION: A power control device includes a controller(311), a user command input unit, a power supply(309), and a switch(305). The user command input unit receives a user command. The user command sets a power management mode. The power supply receives power according to each power management mode. The power management mode is set by the user command. The switch switches off the input of all power to the power supply. |
