<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic signature system in which user visibility is improved when a signature of signed electronic data is verified and even if a look of the electronic data is modified, the signature is accurately verified. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 2 includes: an operating section 33 in which a signature requesting operation for an electronic signature request is performed; a control section 32 which outputs to an electronic signature device 1 signature object data to be an object of signature processing and screen layout data representing a screen layout of the signature object data in completing the signature requesting operation; and a display section 34 which is controlled by the control section 32 so as to display the screen layout data. The electronic signature device 1 includes an electronic signature section 22 which receives from the user terminal 2 the signature object data and the screen layout data, performs electronic signing on the signature object data and the screen layout data using an electronic certificate corresponding to a user who performs the signature requesting operation, and generates signed electronic data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
