PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition useful for forming an epoxy resin cured product having a high glass transition temperature. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises an epoxy resin component containing one or more kinds of epoxy resins having a hydroxy group in the molecule and a hydrolysis product obtained by hydrolyzing an organoalkoxysilane compound containing a glycidyl group and a hydrolyzable alkoxysilane group in one molecule. The epoxy resin is contained so that the number of the hydroxy groups contained in 1 g of the epoxy resin component is≥1×10<SP>-3</SP>mol and≤2×10<SP>-3</SP>mol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
