PURPOSE: A rain and snow gauge using electrical conductivity is provided to minimize electrical energy consumption and to improve durability by controlling rain and snow according to snowfall. CONSTITUTION: A rain and snow gauge using electrical conductivity comprises a water collection bowl, a heater driving unit(60) and a controller(70). The water collection bowl has at least two meter electrodes(20) which are separately installed on the upper side and falls rain and snow. The heater is installed around the water collection bowl and is heated by the input of driving voltage with fixed level.
