PURPOSE: A laminated electronic part and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the warpage and cracking of a substrate by including a conductive resin layer and a repellent water processing layer. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of internal electrodes(3,4) are formed along the interface between electrode insulation layers(5). An external terminal electrode(8,9) is formed in order to electrically connect with the terminal part of the internal electrode. The external terminal electrode comprises a first metal layer(10,11) which is formed on a cross section(6,7). A conductive resin layer(12,13) is formed on the first metal layer. The first metal layer(14,15) is formed on the conductive resin layer.
