<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet constituted so as to efficiently form a through-hole while suppressing the lowering of degreasing properties by reducing the content of a laser beam absorbing agent, and sintered while suppressing dimensional irregularity. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet 1 contains a laser beam absorbing agent and includes a through-hole 4 formed thereto by the irradiation of the ceramic green sheet 1 with a laser beam 7. This ceramic green sheet 1 includes: the main surface 1a irradiated with the laser beam 7; the first layer 2 provided on the surface of the main surface 1b on the opposite side of the main surface 1a; and the residual second layer 3.
