<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing hetero ring compound, which has excellent effects of suppressing collagen production and/or treating tumors. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes a compound represented by formula (1) [wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a group R<SP>5</SP>-Z<SB>1</SB>- or the like, Z<SB>1</SB>is a lower alkylene group or the like, R<SP>5</SP>is a group or the like, R<SP>13</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like, R<SP>2</SP>is hydrogen atom or the like, Y is CH or N and A<SB>1</SB>is a heterocyclic ring like an indole-diyl group or the like, which heterocyclic ring may have one or more substituents.
