PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing diversified printed matters in small lots with variable information indicated thereon efficiently in a short period of time.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing diversified printed matters in small lots includes: a printing step to print identically designed patterns on a printing paper at an equal interval in multiple faces; a die-cut step to die-cut the pattern-printed portions in a predetermined shape and create individual printed matters; a step to prepare a rectangular-shaped jig sheet having a number of fitting portions formed thereon at an equal interval so that the individual printed matters can be fit thereinto; a fitting step to fit the individual printed matters die-cut in the die-cut step into the fitting portions; and another printing step to print variable information specified by the orderer onto the surface of the individual printed matters fitted into the fitting portion of the jig sheet by the number of ordered printed matters.
