OPTICAL FIBER CABLE, WIRING METHOD, AND CUTTING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cable which can be wired by changing the diameter (thickness) thereof by opening and closing the optical fiber cable.

SOLUTION: The optical fiber cable is formed by coating an optical fiber core or an optical fiber ribbon and a tension member. The optical fiber cable includes: one or more bent recesses 3 along the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber cable; and two or more facing indoor cables (side A) 5 and (side B) 6 which are provided on both sides of the bent recesses 3, and freely opened and closed using the bent recess 3 as a support point.
