PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly provide information according to each user.

SOLUTION: An information providing system has: a provided information recording means 9 for recording a plurality of provided information; a user information recording means 3 for recording information by user; an input means 7 for input of a request from a user terminal 2; an address information generation means 6 for generating address information to access one or more pieces of provided information suitable for each user among the plurality of provided information recorded in the provided information recording means 9 on the basis of information on a user corresponding to the user terminal 2 recorded in the user information recording means 3 when the request from the user terminal 2 input in the input means 7 is input; and an address information transmitting means 8 for transmitting the address information generated by the address information generation means 6 to the user terminal.
