PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electron transport material and component for forming an organic electron material to which a wet method is applicable and is superior in electron injection, transmission characteristic, and durability, and an organic electric field light emitting element using them. SOLUTION: The component for forming the organic electron transport material is characterized by containing a metal complex shown by either formula (1) or (2) and an alcoholic solvent.
